These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services, website and learning platform of Gateway Higher Institute of Science and Technology (GHIST). 1. Acceptance: by registering, applying or using our services you agree to these terms and to our academic regulations and Privacy Policy. 2. Admissions and Registration: admission is subject to meeting entry requirements and payment of the applicable registration and tuition fees. Registration fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. 3. Fees and Payments: students are responsible for paying fees by the published deadlines. Access to results, transcripts and services may be restricted where fees are outstanding. 4. Academic Conduct: students must uphold academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating and misconduct may lead to disciplinary action. 5. Use of the Platform: accounts are personal; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Automated or abusive use is prohibited. 6. Intellectual Property: course materials and platform content are owned by GHIST or its licensors and may not be redistributed without permission. 7. Changes: GHIST may update programmes, schedules, fees and these terms; material changes will be communicated through official channels. 8.
